Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in BDT and must be paid in full before order processing.

• Product colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Delivery

• Inside Dhaka City: 1–2 business days.

• Outside Dhaka City: 1–3 business days.

• Delivery times may vary due to courier or external factors.

Returns & Exchanges

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Customized or discounted products are not eligible for return.

Delivery Charges

• If a product includes free delivery and the customer refuses to receive it, the delivery charge must still be paid.

Customer Responsibility

• Please provide accurate address and contact details.
